Brian R. Ward, Principal and Founder

Since 1996, Mr. Ward has directed graphic production and theme development for a variety of complex and nationally recognized cases. He has extensive experience in large product liability, intellectual property, criminal, and business litigation.

Mr. Ward has provided these services in several hundred cases including Samsung v. Tessera, United States v. Quattrone, InterTrust v. Microsoft, IBM v. State of Indiana, Rosa v. TASER International, Inc., EON v. Silver Spring Networks, Kley v. Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Florida State Board of Administration v. Alliance Capital Management, and Unisys v. Accenture.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Mary’s College of California.
